There may or may not be a relationship between Dick Cheney and Pamela Willeford, the U.S. Ambassador to Switzerland, but she was on the hunting trip with Cheney and lawyer Harry Whittington, when the vice president shot Whittington in the face. Why are two men shooting birds with two women other-than-their wives? Kathering Armstrong, the owner of the ranch where incident took place, relased the information about the shooting to a local newspaper.
